To make these Loaded Pizza Fries, you’ll need:
- For the Fries:
- 1 pound frozen French fries or homemade fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for homemade fries)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Pizza Toppings:
- 1 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup halal pepperoni or turkey sausage, thinly sliced
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ½ cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- Prepare the Fries:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using frozen fries, spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. If making homemade fries, peel and slice potatoes into thin strips, toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through. - Prepare the Toppings:
While the fries bake, get your toppings ready. Thinly slice the halal pepperoni or turkey sausage, chop your bell peppers, slice the olives, and thinly slice the red onion. Set them aside. - Assemble the Loaded Pizza Fries:
Once the fries are baked and crispy, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large, oven-safe serving dish or skillet. Spread a generous layer of marinara or pizza sauce over the fries. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly on top. - Add Toppings:
Distribute your prepared toppings evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and optional crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor. - Bake to Perfection:
