			For the Rice Krispie Balls:
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal (or any puffed rice cereal)
 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional Toppings:
- Sprinkles
 - Shredded coconut
 - Crushed nuts (e.g., almonds, peanuts, or pecans)
 - Melted white chocolate for drizzling

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cereal Base
- Measure 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside. This will be your base for the mixture.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate Mixture
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
 - Add the semisweet chocolate chips and stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.
 - Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is glossy.

Step 3: Combine with Cereal
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies in the mixing bowl.
 - Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.

Step 4: Shape the Balls
- Lightly grease your hands with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
 - Scoop out about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Step 5: Add Toppings
- Roll the balls in your choice of sprinkles, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts while the chocolate is still slightly warm. For a decorative finish, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.

Step 6: Chill the Balls
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the balls are firm.

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy
- Once set, transfer the Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls to an airtight container for storage or serve them immediately.
